Get It Perfectly First Time! – Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional February 28th

(Walk In God’s Perfection)

TO THE BIBLE: 1 Corinthians 2:12-13 NASB
“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.”

LET’S TALK
Some people just never seem to be able to do anything right. When there’s something they should do in one day, they end up spending one week or even one month on it, and still it doesn’t turn out right.

They don’t get things right the first time because they don’t know how to function with the wisdom of God’s Spirit.

But you’re different. You’re God’s child, and you can walk in His perfection. You’ve been perfected in Christ Jesus (Hebrews 10:14). He’s made His wisdom available to you in Christ Jesus (1 Corinthians 1:30).

To appropriate this wisdom in your life, you’ve got to confess it and act like it. You declare thus: “God’s wisdom in me makes me think, talk, and act rightly; the Lord leads me everywhere I go.” His wisdom becomes your confession, and then it guides your mind in the direction of your words.

Another important thing you need for the life in Christ is praying in the spirit; that means praying in tongues. Doing so quickens and energises your spirit.

It causes your spirit to pick up the signals of God and gives you accuracy in the things you do, and the more accurate you are, the more effective you become and the more results you get.

When you function by God’s Spirit in these two important ways, your spirit becomes so sensitive to God’s Spirit that things concerning you (and even others within your sphere of influence) are brought to your consciousness quickly and easily, such that when you talk or act, you’re always on point. You’ll become more accurate in the things you do, and you’ll find that you’re always on top!

Dear heavenly Father, I’m full of your Spirit, and I have your divine wisdom in me. I’m accurate and efficient in all I do because I’m piloted by your Word and Spirit, in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
