You’re Super-Rich! – Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional July 30th

(God Delights In Your Prosperity)

TO THE BIBLE: Psalm 112:1-3
“Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches will be in his house, And his righteousness endures forever”

LET’S TALK
No matter how young you are, understand that God wants you to be prosperous and influential, not lacking anything but living in superabundance. I’m sharing these thoughts with you because the information you hear and accept will affect your life greatly, both now and in the future.

Some Christians are broke today simply because they’ve been taught wrong. For example, some argue God wants them poor based on “Solomon’s prayer” in Proverbs 30:8-9, “…Give me neither poverty nor riches—feed me with the food allotted to me; lest I be full and deny You, and say, “Who is the Lord?” Or lest I be poor and steal, and profane the name of my God.”

They say they want to be average and have just enough to get by on, because that was what Solomon prayed for. Well, Solomon didn’t write that proverb, nor was he average by any definition of the word. In his time as king over Israel, he made silver to be as common as stones in Jerusalem! (1 Kings 10:27).

That proverb was written by Argur the son of Jakeh, who we don’t know much about aside what he wrote in this chapter. Now, the Lord said in Isaiah 1:19 (TLB), “If you will only let me help you; if you will only obey, I will make you rich,” meaning that God wants to help but some people don’t let Him.

If only you’d accept His helping hand, you’ll experience a miracle in your life and in your finances. This isn’t just about being rich, but being positioned to be able to help others and live to God’s glory.

Pray:
Dear Father, thank you for making me rich! Thank you for putting everything in place to ensure that I walk in superabundance while I’m here on earth. Your Word shows me today that you desire to make me successful in all things. Have your way in me Lord and do according to your good pleasure, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
