Called For His Glory – Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional February 15th

(The Lord Has Called You To Glory And Virtue)

TO THE BIBLE: 2 PETER 1:3 KJV
“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.”

LET’S TALK
Our opening verse leaves no doubt about God’s will for us; it says God has called us to glory and virtue. “Virtue” means excellence, and God has called you to a life of glory and excellence.

To fully experience this amazing life, all you need to do is live by His Word! That’s the key to living in your inheritance in Christ and enjoying life to the full.

God has already blessed you with everything you need. Ephesians 1:3 KJV says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”

This means that every blessing you can imagine is already yours! Because of this, your life should overflow with praise, glory, and thanksgiving to God, no matter where you are or what you’re doing.

He’s given you the transcendent life—the overcoming life that makes you superior to Satan, darkness, disease, sickness, failure, defeat, and death—a life that’s beyond this world!

This incredible life, along with righteousness, was given to you through Christ’s sacrifice.

The Bible tells us that the prophets of old spoke about the sufferings of Christ and the glory that would follow (1 Peter 1:11). Christ suffered so you could live in this glory, and now you’re in it!

If you’re facing challenges, whether in your body or in any area of your life, use God’s Word against them.

Speak victory over your situation. Remember, you are triumphant always and in every place. Hallelujah!
