Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional December 28th – Activate The Glory

(The Glory Of God Is Inside You)

TO THE BIBLE: Romans 6:4
“Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”

LET’S TALK
Luke 1:35 tells us how the Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary, and Jesus was conceived in her womb: “And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.”

It’s a similar scenario that our opening verse presents with regard to the resurrection of Jesus. It tells us that the Lord Jesus was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, which refers to the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit overshadowed the “dead” body of Jesus, and life came back to it.

Being born again, this same Holy Spirit, the glory of the Father, now resides in you (1 Corinthians 3:16). This means you don’t need to look for the glory of God outside of you; He’s right in your heart.

To enjoy the riches of His glory, all you need do is look inwards and make contact with the glory in your heart.

Worshipping God is one act that connects you with the glory. When you worship Him through singing, your spirit makes contact with His realm, and you connect with His glory in your heart.

The moment this happens, the power of the Highest will overshadow you, and miracles will follow. No sickness, disease or infirmity can remain in your body when the glory of God overshadows you that way!

Speak:
The glory of God is risen upon me, and I manifest that glory everywhere. The power, beauty, and excellence of God reside in my spirit; and through me, His righteousness is established, and His grace and love are revealed to others. Today, and always, I display the wonderful deeds and perfections of Him who has called me out of darkness into glory and virtue! Hallelujah!
