Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional December 13th – Declare What You Believe

(Believing And Confessing Go Together)

TO THE BIBLE: Romans 10:9-10
“…If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

LET’S TALK
“I believe what the Word says about my success, healing, and victories; but why am I not experiencing them in my life?” This question rages in the minds of many, yet, our opening scripture gives a clear-cut answer—with the mouth confession is made unto salvation!

Understand this: it’s not enough to believe; your confession is what catapults you into the realms of what you’ve believed. Your believing and your talking must come together; otherwise, you might think the reason things are working out right for others is that they’re more gifted than you are, and you’ll be wrong.

They’ve only learnt to apply the principle of synchronising their beliefs with their confession.
Choose today to act on the Word; make bold declarations about yourself based on what God has said concerning you in His Word.

“He has said, that you may boldly say…” (Hebrews 13:5-6); since you believe what He has said, say the same thing with your mouth. Learn to declare the Word of God that you believe, and watch all the glorious things God has spoken about you come to pass.

Pray:
Dear Father, I thank you for giving me your Word and for showing me, by your Spirit, the quality of life that you’ve called me to live. I believe in the finished works of Christ, and through my faith-filled confessions, I walk in the vital reality of my inheritance in Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
