Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional August 12th – Dream Big!

(All Things Are Yours)

TO THE BIBLE: 1 Corinthians 3:21
“Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours”

LET’S TALK
Don’t let anything or anyone make you settle for a lowly existence. God didn’t create anyone to suffer and struggle through life.

I know there are folks who think it’s wrong for a Christian to be rich. They have the notion that it’s better to live in poverty and go to heaven.

But living in poverty, failure, sickness and defeat has nothing to do with going to heaven; in fact, it’s inconsistent with the Gospel! Being rich, living in health, dominion, and in God’s provision is the fulfilment of the Gospel.

The Bible says, “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9).

Jesus became poor that you might become rich. So it doesn’t matter what your earthly background is; all you’ve got to do—to enjoy the life of prosperity He’s brought you into—is to live in His Word!

In Isaiah 1:19, God said, “If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey, I will make you rich” (TLB).

Your submission to God’s Word as final authority in your life is the key to living in your inheritance in Christ and enjoying life to the full. That is what empowers angels to act on your behalf and commit riches to you. God has already given you all things to enjoy, not in the sweet by-and-by but NOW!

Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for the rich and beautiful life you’ve brought me into. I thank you for bringing me into my place of inheritance in Christ Jesus, where you’ve made all things available to me to freely enjoy, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
