Rhapsody of Realities TeeVo Devotional 9th June – Faith Brings You Triumph!

FAITH BRINGS YOU TRIUMPH!
(Understand Faith For Triumphant Living)

TO THE BIBLE: 2 Corinthians 2:14
“Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.”

LET’S TALK
The Apostle Paul in the opening verse above lets us know that God always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ Jesus. You’ve been called to a life of success, joy, health, righteousness, and endless possibilities. Glory to God!

The one who’s born again reigns over Satan and the negativities of life. But someone might say, “But my experiences aren’t just in line with the triumphant life; rather, it’s the exact opposite.” The first thing you need is to accept that the triumphant life is the right of every Christian. However, it takes understanding and the walk of faith to live this transcendent life.

It’s easy to understand faith when you think about this: imagine you get a call from some wealthy relative who has a lot of integrity and is well-respected, and just before the call ends, he or she says to you, “I got you a gift,” and then sends you the picture of a brand-new car! What would be your impression?

Wouldn’t you shout or jump for joy? When you see your friends, you wouldn’t say, “I’m not sure if I have a car,” would you? No! You’d brag with some conviction about the gift, its features, and the relative who gave it to you! You’d say “I have a brand-new car,” and if they pressed for more evidence, you’d show them the picture your relative sent to you.

This is how faith works! God is a “faith-God.” He operates by faith and as His offspring, we’re to do the same. The Bible says without faith it’s impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). We walk by faith and not by sight or sensory perception (2 Corinthians 5:7).

Faith is living in and by the Word, that is, you declare that you‘re led into triumph all the time, just as Apostle Paul said! It’s God’s will and desire that you live joyfully and triumphantly, reigning and winning every day in life, through faith in God’s Word.
