(Use The Name Of Jesus To Reign Over Circumstances)

“And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”

LET’S TALK
I once witnessed a police officer who walked into a tense situation with nothing but his uniform and badge. Instantly, people calmed down.

Why? It wasn’t about his size, his tone, or even his words. It was the authority behind that badge. Everyone recognised it. That’s exactly what the Name of Jesus is to you—it’s more than a word or phrase; it’s your badge of authority in this world and beyond.

The Name of Jesus represents everything He is and everything He accomplished through His death, burial, and resurrection. When you declare that Name, it’s as though Jesus Himself is speaking.

Philippians 2:9-11 NKJV tells us, “…God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Hallelujah!

This isn’t just a beautiful scripture; it’s our reality. The Lord Jesus gave us the legal right to use His Name.

He said in Mark 16:17-18 NKJV, “And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” The power is not in how loud you speak, but in the authority of the Name.

Peter understood this when he said to the lame man at the Gate called Beautiful, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk” (Acts 3:6 NKJV). Immediately, strength came to the man’s feet and anklebones, and he was healed instantly.

That’s the power of the Name in action. Use the Name of Jesus. Use it to reign over circumstances, keep yourself in divine health, and maintain the triumphant life God has given you.

Colossians 3:17 NKJV says: “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus….”
