Be Bold! – Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional January 16th

(Courage And Audacity Are Important In Life)

TO THE BIBLE: 2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

LET’S TALK
There’s something remarkable about a man or woman who knows who they are in Christ. Such knowledge stirs an inner boldness that can’t be quenched.

You walk into a room, and you carry yourself with dignity, assurance, and quiet strength. Even when faced with challenges, you remain fearless because your confidence is not in the flesh but in the Spirit of God.

Think about the Lord Jesus as He stood before Pontius Pilate. He wasn’t intimidated; He gave a bold testimony. Though He was the embodiment of humility, He was never fearful or unsure. That’s the picture of dominion—calm, assured, yet unwavering. And this is the same life God has called you to live.

I recall, as a young schoolboy, I was bright and intelligent, yet hesitant. Even when I knew the right answers, I often kept quiet. Others, less knowledgeable but bolder, got the attention, the commendation, or the correction.

But things took a different turn when I received the Holy Spirit. I lost my fears, and boldness flooded my spirit. I became audacious and unafraid to speak out.

This is exactly what God told Joshua when he was stepping into leadership: “Only be strong and very courageous…” (Joshua 1:7 NKJV).

Strength and courage are not optional—they’re vital! Many know the truth, and many have wisdom to contribute, yet fear silences them. But those who speak—whether right or wrong—get noticed, and God can guide and refine them.

So don’t shrink back. When you greet people, do it with confidence. When you speak, let your voice ring with clarity.

Boldness isn’t arrogance—it’s a reflection of the Spirit of power within you. Balance it with humility, and you’ll shine as a true ambassador of Christ.

Go Deeper:
Proverbs 28:1; Ephesians 3:12

Speak:
I walk with the assurance of who I am in Christ, speaking up and making my voice count for God’s kingdom and for His glory in these last days. I remain humble as I boldly declare His truth, knowing that He is with me always. I refuse to be intimidated by fear or timidity, for the Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind is at work in me. Everywhere I go, I shine with boldness, confidence, and grace, manifesting the glory of Christ in me.

  • Sincerely I have always heard this word embodiment but never knew what it meant

  • Sincerely I have always heard this word embodiment but never knew what it meant Can somebody tell me?

    • Ok Sarah, so sorry I’m late to this question.
Embodiment is a noun, a tangible or visible form of an idea, quality, or feeling.
To explain this further, let’s look at some Synonyms for Embodiment: You have representation, manifestation, incarnation, image, personification, avatar, incorporation, etc.
      For examples:
Let say Sarah talks a lot about TeeVo because she always study TeeVo and understands it very well. We can then say that ‘Sarah, is an embodiment of TeeVo’, She represents TeeVo very well. She is TeeVo personified. Hope this helps.

  • In the Bible, embodiment means making spiritual truths real in a physical way. The clearest example is Jesus, who is God in human form ( perfectly represents or expresses God )It also applies to us believers, we show Christ’s life and God’s truth. Hope that helps 💓
