TO THE BIBLE: Romans 8:11 NKJV
“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.”

LET’S TALK
One of the surest ways to keep your body in divine health is by praying in the Holy Ghost—administering to yourself frequent doses of the Holy Ghost.

The Bible says, “But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you” (Romans 8:11 NKJV). Glory to God! This means the Holy Spirit vitalises, energises, and rejuvenates your physical body.

When you pray in tongues, the Spirit stirs the Word of God in your heart. Suddenly, faith-filled declarations burst forth: “I am of God! The greater One lives in me! He permeates every fibre of my being, every bone, every cell of my blood. He fills my head, my hands, and my feet. He perambulates my heart, my lungs, my kidneys, and my eyes. I am saturated with God! Hallelujah!”

This is not mere talk; it is the language of the Spirit. As you speak in tongues with your heart set on the power of God flowing through you, affirm: “My body is invigorated with supernatural strength! I am energised by the power of the Holy Ghost. Sickness has no place in me because I have taken hold of eternal life. I am not moved by symptoms or circumstances. My faith is the victory that overcomes the world. I live in perpetual victory. Hallelujah!”

Charge yourself like this every day. Keep praying in tongues and declaring the Word until your body vibrates with the power of God and your atmosphere is saturated with divine energy. That’s how you regulate things in the realm of the Spirit.

It makes no difference what happens in the world or the diseases that afflict others—you remain unmoved. You’re strengthened and energised by the Spirit, filled with divine might to dominate the forces of darkness and tame circumstances.
