breakfast

Most people know they shouldn't skip breakfast, but many don't know why. You probably had your mother tell you every morning, “Eat your breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day.” Well, the notion that breakfast is an all-important meal isn't just a parental device to get children to eat, it is actually true.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT WATER (B)

What should know about water

The following are a few of the functions of water in your body:

Fluid Balance: drinking enough water to maintain the body’s fluid balance is essential for the transportation of nutrients and waste products in and out of the body. Drinking water often will help you stay free from dehydration – by taking at least 1.5 liters of water daily, you replenish the water your body loses through sweat, urine, feces, etc. Hydrating regularly will also aid digestion and prevent constipation.
